Going out for the first time

It's for the first time after the lockdown that the kids breathe fresh air even though they are still using the masks.
We went to Marina Promenade for half an hour walk as we enjoy the Singapore skyscraper.
Something that we took for granted until everything was taken away from us.

Stay at Home - Making Egg Tart

It's been two weeks that the kids had no baking activity, so mama had this idea making egg tart from prata.

The filling is from :
Reduced Sugar soy milk
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
Agar2 strip
butter
1 tbsp sugar

First, we cut the prata to 4 portion and use the back of muffin cup as mould.
Then we bake it for around 10 minutes until it's golden brown.

Meanwhile, we mix the soy milk and agar2 strip. On the other bowl, we mix up the egg, egg yolk and sugar.
We pour a little bit of hot soy milk to the egg mixture and pour everything together in the pan.
We add butter in the end and mix it until it's thicken.
After the shell is cooling down, we fill them up with the egg custard filling.
Last but not least, we bake it again for 15 mins

1 scoop of plant protein powder
