Learning to ride bicycle (25 Dec 2020)

Ted is learning to ride bicycle with papa during Christmas Day.

Practice makes perfect !

Sports Day - 30 June 2018

This was his first time participating in Sports Day.
Sports Day was annual event hold by his school to celebrate youth day, the kids will perform their ability for their gross motoric skills depends on their grade.

As for Ted, since he's still N1, and considered youngest among the class, he performed hopping, running, scooping

And here he is, he managed to follow the instructions and complete the course well and was very proud when he got first medal.

Happy 21st Month

Weight  : 10.6kg

Milestone :
- love to climb up and down
- love to make funny expressions when we tell him off
- want to do his own things independently like brushing teeth, wearing his pants, putting on his shoes

Climb up and Slide Down

He's now having confidence to play at the big playset.
He climbs up and slide down all by himself, but still I ask koko Richie to look out for him.

Wearing his own shoes

He's very cute and loves to go out.
One fine day when we wanted to go out for lunch, I asked him to wear his shoes.
Usually he would take off the shoes from the shoes rack and waited for me to put it on him.
But since I was busy preparing the bag, I ignored him.
Suddenly he got up and tried wearing the shoes by himself and tada...he did it !

Happy 20th Month

Weight : 10.5 kg
Development Milestone :
- High curiosity
- Love to climb up the drawers
- Love to copy other person's behaviour
- Learn self feeding using hands
- Separation anxiety develops very strong with mommy but he's comfortable being with strangers

Happy 15 months old

Weight : 9.5 kg

Milestone :
- Like to point if he wants something
- Walk steadily
- Like to explore the drawer, small hole
- Understand simple instructions : sit down, come here, throw

Happy 14 Months Old

Weight : 9.5 kg

Development Milestone :
- Can walk eventhough crawling still the fastest means to move from one place to another place
- Can express his dislike when he was disciplined
- Loves playing kiddy ride
- Can eat half adult portion
- Love sour fruits
- Can point to something when he wants it

Officially Walk (30 November 2016)

Yesterday, he made surprise to us.
He can walk few steps perhaps 2m long back and forth.
We were so excited to watch he achieved his milestone

Standalone

Eventhough he has been cruising for a while, he has no courage to try few steps.
Instead he loves to practice stand alone.

Walk practice anytime anywhere

He loves to cruise and walk with pushwalker.
Hopefully by his first Birthday, he takes the first steps

Happy 11 months old

Development Milestone :
- I can clap my hand, do Hi-5, shake hand
- I have two teeth erupted
- I love to practice walking with my favorite push walker

Can't sit still

I love to move it move it....
this song is really something, and it happens to Ted, he loves to move it move it and doesn't want to sit or keep still

Escape from baby Chair (9.5mos)

He now loves to move around and doesn't want to sit still in the baby chair
Even, we strap him tight, he can escape within seconds

Follow instruction well (9.5mos)

It's a milestone for him since he now can go down from the bed or chair by himself.
Mommy only teaches him twice and the next day he knows what to do when he wants to go down from the bed
Good job Ted !

Happy 9 months old !

3 more months to one year old and he has a leap of development milestone

Weight : 8.6kg (apparently not increasing)

Development milestone :
- Can say pa pa pa pa
- Stand with support and cruising all around
- Creeping everywhere instead of crawling
- Can eat soft rice with different meat and veggies
- Has tried yoghurt, cheese, banana cake, ice cream
- Can express himself when gets annoyed

Happy 8 months old !

Weight : 8.7 kg

Milestone Development :
- He prefers creeping than crawling to move from one place to another place
- He able to sit by himself from crawling position
- His finger pinch is developing
- He likes to eat anything from real food, toys, TV remote etc
- Sweet and sour is his favorite taste bud
- Very friendly to anybody

Sitting down unsupported

Compare with other brothers, he only able to sit unsupported on 7 months plus. Nonetheless it's a milestone for him
Keep it up boy !

Creeping everywhere

Creeping is the basic skill before crawling and with creeping he can go everywhere he likes to grab things that he want to explore

Happy 7 month old

Weight  : 8.7 kg

Milestone :
- Start learning crawling
- Creeping
- Sitting unsupported
- Have good appetite
- Like to grab and lick the toys and things

Feeding :
- Vegetables : Potato, sweet potato, pumpkin, carrot, tomato, broccoli, zucchini
- Fruits : Apple, pear, papaya, avocado, banana, mango
