No Cry - Hair Cut (25 Nov 2019)

For the first time, Ted was not fussy when his hair was being cut.
Previously, he always cried and mama needed to distract him.
However, yesterday he's able to sit alone with no fuss and no cry.
Good job Ted !

Ted's Nursery Performance Report

This morning, mama met his teacher for his nursery performance report.
The teacher praised him a lot that he's very good and attentive student.
He learnt a lot in the class and even more than the average student.
He's very social person and not afraid of speaking up his mind.

What surprised me was his chinese.
Laoshi praised him for being able to write his own name, and even he could understand and answer back in Chinese.
Wowww !!

We are so proud of you and keep it up the good works !

Reading in Progress

Ted surprised me when he was able to read some new words that I've never taught him before.
Koko Trom taught him a day before to read and repeat after him and he managed to read most of the words.

Happy Teacher's Day 2019

This year, we want to make something different and take small step to save the planet. Thus, the present for teacher's day is reusable foldable shopping bag.
Mama bought it from online shop and pasted the label.
It's simple and yet useful.

Very satisfied Result for Term 1

Last Friday, we had parents teachers meeting and his form teacher, Mrs Lim was very pleased with him.
She appraised him for well behaved, good attitude and attention to the lesson.
The thing that he needed to improve was literature and sight words which I believed that he will pick up fast when the time has come.

Start little, Dream Big (Green Day in School)

Last Saturday, there's a green day party in school where each child was given a empty bottle then they decorated and filled it up with soil and seeds after that they brought it home to take care this plant.
Ted and his siblings had fun during the event in school.

Start Reading Peter and Jane Series (3.5yo)

Ted has a desire to learn and read each day and I gave him this book Peter and Jane series 1a.
He's fast learner, I'm not sure whether he memorises or he's able to read it, but both are beneficial for him.
He could read with little help for the whole book Peter and Jane Series 1A

Chinese New Year Celebration in School

Before we going back to Jakarta for reunion dinner, Ted had Chinese New Year Celebration in his school.
He wore disney qipao for boy.

Nursery 2 starts

This year Ted will be Nursery 2 Students.
Hopefully, he's more outspoken, doing well in his study and enjoy learning through playing.
