It's our new family exercise on weekend, we do cycling at East Coast, we rent family bike and daddy and mommy cycling while the kiddos enjoying the breeze

It's like de ja vu when 2 years back mommy brought koko Tromson to visit Flower dome during Tulipmania and now, mommy brought Ted and koko Tromson together with oma Happy to visit the tulip garden

Time really flies very fast !
Ted is now 6 months old and it's time for solid food

- roll over front and back
- smile and laugh if we tease him
- like to be accompanied when he's awake

- start solid food
