Happy 3rd Birthday Ted !

Today is his birthday.
Three years ago, our little family has been blessed with this little bear. Since then, he has added so much joys in our not so little family anymore.
His cheekiness, smile and laughter, screams and frustration add the color of our life.
Happy Birthday son !

His favourite activity : Sports with anything to do with balls, tracing and writing

His favourite show : Pocoyo

Happy 2nd Birthday Thaddeo

It's been a not short journey for 2 years, but we had a great time together with Ted.
He is now able to do puzzle, recognize color and shapes, understand and follow instructions, love dancing and explore lots of things.

One thing that he still face a challenge is talking properly.
He's able to say vowel sounds and some consonant sounds but still far from speaking properly.

Mommy is only able to help him by practising the words but the rest is his strong willed to speak.
He can call mama when he needs something from mama or if he wants something he will say mama too but what he means is mau...

Hopefully he can speak soon before going to school next year.

Anyway, we still love him despite his weaknesses and hopefully you have a great birthday memory and may God bless you and guide your path always

Happy 23 months Old

Weight : 10.8kg

Development milestone :
- Recognize different colors and shapes
- Able to put 7 pcs puzzle together
- Love matching games
- Able to speak mamama -> mau and kakaka -> koko
- Very curious especially in the kitchen

Happy 22nd Month

Weight : 10.8kg

Milestone :
- have 16 teeth in total
- love puzzle activity
- like to play with nut, bolt and screwdriver
- love neat and tidy place

Happy 21st Month

Weight  : 10.6kg

Milestone :
- love to climb up and down
- love to make funny expressions when we tell him off
- want to do his own things independently like brushing teeth, wearing his pants, putting on his shoes

Happy 19 months old

Weight : 10.3 kg

Milestone development :
- today he has 12 teeth
- loves into sport and physical exploring
- loves to eat everything like durian and salted egg

Happy 18 months old

Wohoo, Ted is officially 18 months old

Weight : 10.2 kg

Development Milestone :
- he loves to play with zipper and bottles cap
- there are 6 teeth that erupted together ...ouch..
- he can point himself, head, eyes, ears, mouth
- no talking yet eventhough he understands what we are talking about

Happy 17th Month

Weight : 9.9kg

Development Milestones :
- like to make funny faces in front of mirror
- love to play balls
- has no interest in sit down activity yet
- love to explore the house, open and close drawers
- has height phobia

Happy 16 months old

Time flies, he's now 16 months old

Weight : 9.5 kg

Milestone :
- Like to copy others
- Can point something he wants
- Like to humming when he listens the songs
- Follow instructions very well : throw in the dustbin, close the door

Happy 15 months old

Weight : 9.5 kg

Milestone :
- Like to point if he wants something
- Walk steadily
- Like to explore the drawer, small hole
- Understand simple instructions : sit down, come here, throw

Happy 14 Months Old

Weight : 9.5 kg

Development Milestone :
- Can walk eventhough crawling still the fastest means to move from one place to another place
- Can express his dislike when he was disciplined
- Loves playing kiddy ride
- Can eat half adult portion
- Love sour fruits
- Can point to something when he wants it

Happy 13 Months Old

Milestones :

- Stand alone
- Likes to copy other people
- Loves nursery songs : The wheel on the bus, If you happy and you know it, B-I-N-G-O, twinkle little stars, London Bridge, itsy bitsy spider, Old Mcdonald
- He can do sign language for some nursery songs : The wheel on the bus, if you happy and you know it, twinkle little starts, B-I-N-G-O
- Eats adult food

1 year old

We had a regular development assessment and MMRV and Pneumonia jab
Here's some of his milestone

Weight : 9.3 kg
Length : 75.5cm
Head Circumference : 45.5cm

Milestone :
- Can stand up without support
- Can wave bye2, kiss bye, tongue out and copy the sounds
- like to play together with his siblings
- drink fresh milk 150cc / day and still breastfeeding

Happy 10th Month old !

Development Milestone :
- pincer grip has developed well
- saying Pa Pa Pa Pa
- separation anxiety has developed
- like to listen the music and dance
- very high curiosity

Happy 9 months old !

3 more months to one year old and he has a leap of development milestone

Weight : 8.6kg (apparently not increasing)

Development milestone :
- Can say pa pa pa pa
- Stand with support and cruising all around
- Creeping everywhere instead of crawling
- Can eat soft rice with different meat and veggies
- Has tried yoghurt, cheese, banana cake, ice cream
- Can express himself when gets annoyed

Happy 8 months old !

Weight : 8.7 kg

Milestone Development :
- He prefers creeping than crawling to move from one place to another place
- He able to sit by himself from crawling position
- His finger pinch is developing
- He likes to eat anything from real food, toys, TV remote etc
- Sweet and sour is his favorite taste bud
- Very friendly to anybody

Happy 7 month old

Weight  : 8.7 kg

Milestone :
- Start learning crawling
- Creeping
- Sitting unsupported
- Have good appetite
- Like to grab and lick the toys and things

Feeding :
- Vegetables : Potato, sweet potato, pumpkin, carrot, tomato, broccoli, zucchini
- Fruits : Apple, pear, papaya, avocado, banana, mango

Happy 6 months old

Time really flies very fast !
Ted is now 6 months old and it's time for solid food
Weight : 8.3 kg
Length : 65cm
Head circumference : 42 cm

Milestone :
- roll over front and back
- smile and laugh if we tease him
- like to be accompanied when he's awake
- like to bite everything
- start solid food

 

Happy 5 months old

 Weight : 8.4 kg

Development Milestone :
- Can roll over from back to front and vice versa
- Love to laugh
- Like to lick everything
